If it isn’t one thing, It’s another
Well just got back from the Specialist.
He thinks my Liver is just fat, because I am very fat!
Hmmmmmmmm
But he found that I have IBS. I said “IBS”
IBS is nothing…it is like the flu! Right????
But no it isn’t so he say’s.
It can be a chronic sickness. REALLY???
All the sign for IBS I do have. Which makes me think I should redecorate and paint my bathroom. Perhaps put a tv up, get a laptop, make it comfy since I spend so much time there…lol
He say’s the nausea, the bouts of bad pain, diarrhea since May non-stop with only a few days of real bad constipation, the being able to cook but than get nauseated to the point that I can’t eat it, all these are sign of real bad IBS.
He will do more testing but for right now I am on yet more and ew medicine. Have to go back in 4 weeks to see how I respond to the meds.
He said it is good that my family doctor put me on Fmla, because it will take a long time to adjust to all this.
Adjusting???
I want it to go away!
But I have to lose weight too. He wants me to go on a low-fat diet, and starting to exercise.
Right!
Feeling in the dumps right now, so you all have a great day
Love Andrea

Hi Andrea,
I spent time looking at lots of blogs this morning and thought I’d check to see how you are doing. We miss seeing you at Wellspring so much, and you are loved. Unfortunately, since we don’t get to see you, it is too easy to get caught up in our busy lives and forget to make contact. We would love it if you could come to our new Wednesday night Bible Study or maybe just meet for lunch one day with some of your sisters?
I will share your health concerns with our church family and pray for your healing!
Love,
Sara

Hi Andrea,
Sorry to hear that you have been going through such a bad time lately. Without any doubt things will turn around for you. My husband recently went through a bout with lung cancer, he never smoked a day in his life. The doctors went through a series of test, I had never heard of so many different test, they said that they must go in as soon as possible to operate, the doctor said that they did not know how far the cancer had progressed. I have never been so horrified in all the days of my life. Me, my husband and the rest of my family went before the church with this problem and came out feeling like every thing would be alright. They prayed for us and compassed us with the love of God. Well, that was October of last year, and now we are approaching October of 2009, and I am hear to report that God (Our Lord Jesus Christ) completely totally without radiation or chemo, fully healed my husband. My husband is back fishing, mowing the lawn, and singing to the glory of God. I said all of this to let you know that God is still in the complete healing business. Give it to Him and know that her cares so much for you.
As far as the weight loss, I have recently lost 32 pounds and if you want to know how I did it, I’ll be happy to share that with you too. Tip: Don’t fad diet and don’t deprive yourself. Let me know if you would like to know more about how I accomplished this. Best thing, the weight is not coming back.
Praying for you,
Peggy
