Andrea,

Some people simply do not test well. Your gift seems to be application of knowledge, rather than rote memorization. That is, you learn best by doing, not by book-study. Lots of people are like that, and in a job that's hands-on like yours, it's not a bad thing! Sounds like your mentors are catching on to that. You do best when you are actually attempting to do your job rather than trying to regurgitate facts that you learned in the classroom. Anxiety plays a big part too. You are a people person, and are calmer when you are dealing with an issue face-to-face, not on paper. Give it time. Relax and be patient. Do your best on the tests, but don't panic. The most important quality your company is looking for is the ability to be friendly and helpful on the phone. You've got that nailed! Give yourself some time for the facts to sink in. They will. The more you hear the same stuff day in and day out, it will eventually stick. Then there will be no stopping you, girl!

Love ya!

Dear Andrea,

I´ think, that you have had a "Blackout" during the test. Or, we also say : ein Brett vor dem Kopf!

Maybe you have "Prüfungsangst", can it be?

Didn´t you wrote at the beginning of your new job, that you have all the time that you need to get an professionell "Beraterin"?

Don´t worry about the 72 %, it is very great for a woman, who never heard about all the things of technicals.
And it is my oppinion (Überzeugung?), that you will take 75 % or more % if you don´t set yourself under pressure!!!

Have a good week and I will give you all my best thoughts.
