Well some people asked me to translate the website from schlankschlafen.de
So here I let you know what I do, and what they recommend to do!
The german website says, eat lots of carbs in the morning, a mixture of carbs and Protein at lunch, and only protein for dinner. Also eat so much that you feel full, dont be
scared about the calories. Of course if you can make it lowfat thats wonderful but not a requirement.
What is required however is that you have between each meal a 5 hour break, and in those 5 hours do not eat even a crumb of something.
Overnight your body should have a rest from your last meal to breakfast of 12 hours if possible.
For example I ate yesterday………..
Breakfast……….1 Bagel with chocolate spread “nutella” (in almost every store)
Lunch…………….1 Chicken Cordon Bleu with Broccoli, Roll with Butter, 1Yoghurt
Dinner……………Cheese, (any kind you have) , Tomato w/dip, green peppers
This is mostly how every day looks like.
I drink coffee with non-dairy creamer and “raw sugar” mostly through the day. You should drink about 3 liters of water, but I cant get it down yet. I can drink however 3 liters of coffee.
Carb foods are: all grain products, like bread, rolls, Muesli, oatmeals, cake and cookies, Veggies, fruits, dry fruits, Sugar, Beer, Coke, Fruit juice and other sodalike drinks, ect..
Protein Foods are: all meats like( Beef, Pork, game, Turkey, chicken), lunchmeats, Fish and seafood, Eggs, milk, cheeses, Soya products, tomatoes, Citrus fruits like (oranges, lemons), exotic fruits like (papaya, mangos), strawberries, blackberries, fruits with those stones in it like (Peaches, Nectarines, cherries), fruit teas,
The rules:
1). Eat three meals a day, and always eat till you feel full! (kids up to 12 years 4 meals)
2). If in the beginning you cant eat yourself full like in the morning, you can have a banana,or an apple, or a joghurt, or a piece of cheese in between. But you should try fast to get on 3 meals only without any snacking, OK
3). Drink lots of water or tea.
4). Always eat carbs (potato, bread, pasta, rice, ect.) without fish, or meat, or any animal fats in it.
5). Eat Meat, Fish only in combination with veggies, or salads.
6). Never eat Bread and Butter before your meal, it is not the filling you look for that lasts for hours, ok
7). If you have the desire for chocolate eat only 70% or higher chocolate.
8). If you slip on this, there is always tomorrow, no guilt allowed on this program!
9). Eat with joy and chew each bite at least 20 times.
10). Do not look at this as a quick Diet, rather understand that this is a LIFE and FOOD REARRANGEMENT, for your health and a long life!
A TIP
To really get your Metabolism to go……drink your water as cold as you can. For your body to process ice cold water, your body has to bring this water to body temperature, in that your body burns calories.
Ok one more time……
FOR BREAKFAST
Combine Bread, or Muesli, with Fruits, or Veggies, or nuts, Margarine or Butter, sweet cream as well as jam, jelli, honey, and sugar are allowed.
REFRAIN FROM
Protein, wether it is from eggs, fish, meat, any milk or milk products, EXCEPT butter and cream are allowed
FOR LUNCH
NO exceptions, eat a diverse, adequately Mix of Carbs and Protein. All drinks are allowed. Even a little sweet desert is allowed!
DINNER
Combine Meat, Fish, ect., eggs, joghurt, cream cheese, with veggies except ( corn and white beans, kidney beans…..however green beans are allowed).
Stay away from grains, heavy gravys, sugary fruits, sweet drinks, fruit juices, ect.
BETWEEN MEALS
Eat yourself full at mealtimes, take a 5 hour break between each meal and a about 12 hour break from dinner to breakfast. All eating in between those times is off limit. (Except for the beginners, for the first few days)
Your pancreas needs time to rest without interruptions!!!
Drink water, unsweetened coffee (little creamer), tea, NO fruit juices, sodas of any kind.

It is like this, I am fat and desperatly looked for something that doessnt restriced me from foods I like, and doesnt make me eat foods I dont like.
I found it with SIS!
I want to give this knowledge to others who are in the same boat as I was in, and just couldnt find a diet that works for me. And I know that we “Fat” people are not fat from eating good and healthy foods. You got to agree with me on that?!
So now with SIS you can eat what you want and mostly as much as you want. The only difference is what you eat together and at what time of day you eat it.
Also I found out…….I had a severe sweet tooth before SIS, especially in the evening it was either sweets or salts I graved. A few days after beeing on SIS I lost this graving completely, somehow when you eat like that you get enough Sweets and salts into your body so your body wont grave it at the wrong times with the wrong food choices.
And there is another thing……if your honest and I am talking to the obese people here mostly…….
Do you like to go to the gym? Do you like to walk an hour around your neighborhoods?
I dont! But nevertheless I am losing consistantly weight. I go to work, and yes I walk a lot there but I walked like that before and didnt lose nothing, ok. I come home do what I absolutly have to do, and either I sit on the pc or I sit on the couch like I did all these years, and still since I am on SIS, I am losing steady!
Perhaps when I lost some weight my energy level will go up and I will go to a gym, or walk around the neighborhoods, but for right now….NOPE
I am not trying to sell you a product, I am not trying to make you sign-up for a perticular website, I am just here to let you know we need to do something to lose our unhealthy weight and live a long life!
And I beliebe wholeheartedly that SIS is the key to this!
My friends, I am there where you are weighing at 5.7′ …253 pounds. I am open and honest, I cant be anymore transparent to you with this.
I am truly concerned about all of our health!
Yes, the weighloss will be slow, but we didnt gain it overnight either, right?
Also you will give your skin time to readjust, which you dont when you on those quick-slim diets.
