My daily Life 06-28-07… wasted time
Well let me tell you, they should really give you a course before they let you loose with your cellphone.
First, I wanted to know how can I check how many minutes I used or how many do I have left. Well the friendly sales representitive sai d” You just push #225, and then Ntelos will send you a text message and you will see everything you need to know”
Oh GREAT!!!!!
Little thing he forgot to mention was…..it is in a language I dont understand like
N/WUNLMTD 72 M2M 6 D 35<—–WHATS THAT SUPPOSE TO BE?????
Of course I had to find one of those “teenagers” they explained it to me. Why couldnt they have a little piece of paper with all these short words on it, HUH????
Alright we made it through this now listen to that…thats actually funny……….
I was sending a text message to my husband last night, in the middle of this my keypad light went out, and decided NOMORE to come back on.
Yes I was upset, I liked that blue background lighting ![]()
So today I got off of work real early and decided I go to that Ntelos store and get that fixed. So the Lady in the store kept trying to tell me that this is normal, I kept saying if thats normal why was the light than on for the passed few days since Saturday????? HUH?
Well she said she doesnt have a light either. That wasnt a good enough answer. I had understood if I had asked her to put a ightbulb where one wasnt, but I had a light and I want that light back. So she got boxes out with the same kind a phone I have put little batteries in it, and showed me that they ALSO dont have a light, only when you turn the phone on, and than it dissapears.
I kept explaining to her that I am not dillusional and that their was a light and my husband has the same phone and he has a light. I WANT MY LIGHT BACK!!!!!
So after that she called technical support, that guy walked her through different steps (the light NEVER came on). So they all agreed I should get a brandnew phone.
So she hooks all the info from my old phone into the new one. ANd did I have a light on my keypad???
NO!
I was in that store for 2 hours and I received a new phone, but without a light.
So when I got home I for some reason came to the battery thingy…and there it was….there is a thing called “Battery SAVE” and it said beside it “ON”, so I put it on “Battery Save” “OFF”…and guess what…My little keypad light is shining ever so bright
Isnt that something? So I called the Lady at that store and told her if she ever runs into a “lighting problem” thats what she got to do!
I wasted about 3.5 hours for a little light on my cellphone.
Otherwise everything is doing fine here. Still no one saved but me. Still praying for those two guys at home to get their act together and join me, but without success
I hope you all are doing fine!!!!!
Love and Blessings
Andrea

I once ran up an $800 cell phone bill. I thought my calls we covered under a plan that included all people in the same network. Turned out my best friend didn’t know which network he was a part of- and he definitely wasn’t part of my network.
